First and foremost, thank you for taking the time to read my profile and for seeking help as you progress through this time in your life. A little about me, I am a licensed clinical social worker in Arizona, Indiana, Illinois and New Jersey. I have 6 years of experience working as a therapist. I have worked with many different people with many different concerns. I have aided in progress with individuals that are depressed, anxious and having a hard time adjusting or have experienced severe trauma.

I started therapy because I felt overwhelmed with sadness on a daily basis. I was not happy in 2 areas of my life and I felt that I needed to start healing / understanding what was going on with myself and then I could better tackle those 2 areas. I was in counseling for 8 weeks and I will say that it helps to talk to someone that you do not know. I appreciated the check ins in between appointments, those were definitely helpful to keep on track between sessions.
