Hello! I am a counselor in small town Wyoming, although I have lived and traveled all over the world. I love people, and working with them to attain their best possible life in every way, whether it be managing anxiety, combating depression, making and working through big life decisions and changes, conflict with a spouse/partner/child/boss/friend, parenting, addressing financial stress, and the list goes on! One of my personal standards of care for my clients is to provide a safe and supportive environment, as well as creating a space free of judgement.

My specialty is relationship counseling, whether it be support in dipping a toe into the online dating world, going through a breakup or divorce, marriage and intimacy issues, family counseling, or just fine tuning the BIG one: Communication!

I've worked and trained extensively with couples as well people of all ages and all walks of life; I've worked with teens for much of my career, and I've had experience in crisis work as well.

While I work with all types of issues in my office, due to the more limited scope of online counseling, I do not work with Alcoholism, Addictions, Ongoing Abuse, Suicidality, or Eating Disorders.

I would love to get to know you, and help you address, support you through, and surmount whatever issues you may be facing!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Eden is an amazing therapist. She is thorough and makes sure she understands completely before making suggestions. She works at your pace but isn't afraid to ask the hard questions. I had an ongoing issue for almost 2 years and within two weeks, we got to the bottom of the issue. I would highly recommend her!

Reviewed February 2019

I’ve gone through a couple of therapists over the years, but never really felt I clicked well with any of them. Eden asked all the right questions at the beginning to set up why I was there, what I wanted to get out of it, and what type of interactions are agreeable. I really enjoy our discussions and I feel like I’ve made a lot of personal improvements with her guidance.
