She is so good about responding, and I like that I don't have to be on video or even try to talk. I can communicate in a way that makes me more comfortable, and I really like that. She keeps up with me, even if I go radio silent for a while. Lets me know she's always there to talk, and that is a huge support.

Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor that believes in working collaboratively with her clients to meet goals set forth by the client. The journey to wellness includes validation, empowerment, and a comfortable therapeutic relationship to allow you to grow and reach each goal that you set. I specialize in Cognitive-Behavioral and Solution Focused approaches that allow you to get specific about your goals and empower you to achieve them, however I do not believe in a "one size fits all" approach to therapy and adjust my approaches according my clients and their therapy goals. My approach is warm and friendly and building the therapeutic alliance is important to me.
My Master's Degree is in Human Behavior with a specialization in counseling. I have been a licensed clinician for over 5 years and worked closely with clients suffering from depression, stress/anxiety, self-esteem, and trauma/abuse. I also have experience in regard to substance abuse, life transition, family dynamics, career counseling, and foster care/adoption. No matter what the presenting issues my approach is compassionate and non-judgmental. I believe you are the expert of your life.
When I am not working you can find me spending time with my family and our dog. I enjoy being outside whenever possible, to just enjoy the sunshine or go for walks/hikes. I am an avid sports fan and follow the Boston Red Sox and Bruins. My favorite wellness activities include yoga and meditation.
The decision to engage in therapy is a huge step toward a happier and healthier life. I look forward to working with you!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

She's the best
Heather is a great listener and continues to help me work through challenging. times.
Heather has been wonderful and she always responds in a timely manner! She really helped me when I was in compassion-fatigued spot in my life and she worked with me to figure out what I needed.
Of all the therapists I’ve had in my life I’ve yet to have one that constantly checks on me and actually cares about me as a being like Heather does.
Great listener and gives sound advice to help you figure things out on your own
So far Heather has been exactly what I needed. The factthat I can message her and there is no pressure to be face to face or to actually have to voice outlook my concerns is relieving. It also allows me to take my therapy literally anywhere. I can send Heather a message while sitting next to the person I am having anxiety over, or while I am at work and she always responds within the time frame that was agreed upon when I signed up. I am happy I switched to BetterHelp.com and I am happy that I was given Heather Revill as a counselor/therapist.
Since my fiances death I have been a hot mess. There are days my head spins out of control, days I don't want to talk, days I am sad, days I am angry and no matter how much I throw at her she walks me through every emotion to point I feel alright after our talks. There are days I feel bad for feeling what I am feeling, other days I am so angry I freak myself out. Some days I freak out because I am having a good day. There are days I feel like the walls are closing in and she is my first resort for it all. Through the good and bad she takes the time to listen and respond to everything I am saying and feeling. I would not have gotten through these hard times without her. She has been my saving grace. I feel like I can be myself and express myself even when it sounds silly to me. I don't have to hide my feelings or emotions with her.
Heather checks in everyday she is an incredible listener and so empathetic. I’ve been so lucky to get to work with her, and I can’t wait to continue to work with her. She is absolutely wonderful.
Heather is very caring and attentive. Even when I’m not active she checks in with me and her effort’s definitely are appreciated.
Heather is a wonderful therapist and person
Heather takes the time to regularly check in with you and is very empathetic and affirming in her therapeutic approach. It meant a lot to have her a resource to reach out to when I wanted to talk.
Heather is fantastic. She really listens to your needs and your thoughts and helps you reframe them in a way that is constructive and helpful.
She really has helped me
Heather is wonderful and really seems to care.
Heather is professional, and a pleasure to have as a therapist. Shes been here to support me through some very hard times, and im sure she will use her sweet and calm energy to help many others in the future
I love my therapist! She is great, this my first time ever talking to therapist and very happy I got paired with her.
She is very attentive and compassionate
Heather is very understanding and really listened whenever I needed to vent. She would also check up on me from time to time to make sure everything was going well or to follow up on things I had mentioned. This was my first counseling experience and I'm glad Heather was able to be the one to help me. Thank you so much!!
Heather is incredibly supportive and literally always there when I need her. She’s understanding and gets me as an individual. She is always checking in on me which I appreciate so much because life can be hectic! Truly has helped me more than she knows.
Heather has been great, a good sound ear to provide additional prespective and insight
She is a great listener, respectful and knowledgeable.
Heather has been wonderful. She checks in on me if I have not written to her. She really cares and understands what I am going through.
Very good!
Heather does a good job listening and also providing direction and techniques to work through problems yourself, which I think is how therapy should work.
Heather does a wonderful job in helping develop tools that you can use to help combat the emotional roller coasters in life. She checks in if she hasn’t heard from you, which for me is so helpful! She also has offered a variety of different ways to have sessions with her. It’s helpful and I am beginning to get myself on the right track thanks to Heather and all of her help and encouragement!
She is amazing. Very understanding and knows what she is talking about. Shes so in depth. Love having her as my therapist.
Heather is very knowledgeable and supportive. She does a good job asking questions and working through issues.
Heather has been so helpful in trying to get me into a good and straightforward mindset. I always feel that I am scattered in my thoughts, but she has helped me in trying to narrow down what affects me. Even better is she understands that life gets busy and makes sure to check in if she hasn’t heard from me in a few days. I really like that, it’s a good reminder that I need to set aside some time to keep working on myself. I really appreciate that. I feel that I still have a long way to go, but I am glad that I have Heather on my side to guide me and get my mind through the stress and overwhelming parts of life.
I really enjoy talking to Heather. She is a great listener and in our short time together made me feel comfortable opening up to her.
Heather has only been in my life for less than a month, but I feel so much better having her in it. She has helped me start improving myself and my relationship.
I have tried online therapy before and felt like it didn't do much to help me. Heather has been amazing from the very beginning. She responds to me multiple times a day and has given me great suggestions and things to try. I recommend Better Help to all of my friends and am so thankful I found this.
