Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Great therapist
Nicole is absolutely wonderful—I am so happy that we were connected on BetterHelp. Nicole creates such a safe, supportive, patient, and understanding environment. I would recommend Nicole to everyone, she is amazing!
Great to talk to
Nicole is amazing! She is very sweet and a great listener. I'd say she's the best therapist I've ever had! Talking to her was very easy and I learned so much just from one session with her.
My favorite therapist ever, she is awesome in her job and she needs to be paid really well ✨

In the short time I’ve been meeting with Nicole, she has really changed my perspective on things that were bringing me down as well as letting me express myself without judgement. I think that’s all you could ask for from an excellent therapist. I look forward to every session!

Thank you for changing my mindset
Nicole is so helpful! She is a great listener, and very supportive. In our first session she helped me identify goals that I want to work towards. It helped me to be more mindful during my day to day. She is wonderful, highly recommend.
Nicole is awesome! For the best experience, it is useful to come with a plan and be direct about what you want to discuss throughout the session. Nicole is great at guiding the session once the topics are established
So happy to have her
I've been going to Nicole since I was 17 I'm now 20. She's a great therapist and she listens very well. Sometimes in our sessions we talk about things that don't even involve my issues and just talk about life and that's fine its nice to just have a conversation. I know she will be there when I need her.
This is my first time in therapy so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Nicole has been great so far. She is a great listener and ask good questions. Having her has made this difficult time better. I look forward to my continued growth with her help.
Highly recommend! Nicole has helped me so much through my anxiety and eating behaviors by giving me advice, giving me tips, and thinking of solutions. Therapy has helped so much with my eating behaviors, very grateful!
Exceptional and caring.
Nicole has been a tremendous help to me. First, she is a great listener. Next, she is a compassionate listener. Finally, she is able to give me exercises or skills to help move forward and gain the peace and clarity I crave.
Nicole has been a solid support during a very rough patch in my life. She completely understands my situation, and is very insightful. Just her validating my feelings and listening to me has been a lifesaver. I need this kind of support right now. She has great ideas on how to handle things, and isn't afraid to ask you to consider other perspectives. Some of her suggestions really opened my eyes to negative patterns that I didn't even realize on my own. Thank you so much Nicole!
Nicole has been wonderful to talk to. She’s offered me a variety of tips and concrete ideas that’ll help me out both with relationships, and professionally. She’s also taken the initiative to send me a few resources that I’ve saved and plan on referring back to from time to time.
