I work with a variety of concerns and strive to provide a non-judgmental atmosphere. The areas that have been my main focus are as follows: substance abuse, trauma, and depression.

My goal is to be present for the challenges you are facing. Second, it is my priority to ensure a collaborative relationship throughout treatment.

It is sometimes very challenging to make change and this can feel overwhelming. While I do work with many different issues, my main areas of focus are: drug and alcohol dependency and PTSD. My priority is to help individuals through this process. It is an honor to see clients find meaning and purpose through the recovery process.

Therapy is a place for you to challenge yourself. The therapy relationship is a process that both facilitates healing and self-awareness.

Jennifer is wonderful! She is a great listener but also provides me with tools and advice to address the issues I bring up in out sessions. I am a talker so she lets me get what I need off my chest but also knows how to reel me in so that I don’t go down a negative spiral and can stay solution oriented. I feel she matches my energy very well and understands the style of therapy that is best for me. I love that she sends me articles every week, she is the first therapist I’ve had do that and it’s such a nice extra show of support between sessions. You can tell she loves and takes pride in her work and she leads with compassion. She is the 4th therapist I have tried through betterhelp and I am so happy it feels like I finally found the right fit for me!

Jenn has been a lifesaver this past year of working with her. I was really surprised about how in depth this therapy can really be. Jenn really likes to focus on your needs and it good at tackling problems one at a time, while being observant of other challenging problems you may face. It is nice to submit journals throughout the week and have her comment and support you through those moments. I feel she does really care about her clients and wants to help as many people as she is able too.
