I have experience in the areas of depression, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, addiction, family conflict, self-image, and life changes to name a few. The foundation of my therapeutic process revolves around a combination of therapies including person centered, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution focused therapy.
