Still getting use to the zoom calls and have missed two appointments and yet Kathleen has been very understanding and feel no judgement or anger about it and responds promptly and follows up to make sure things are ok. Hello! My name is Kathleen Connolly. I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over 10 years. I have worked in a variety of settings with a wide diversity of populations. My clients have ranged in age from 22- 104. Much of my work has been helping people who are challenged with personal transitions and the many emotions that accompany them. This has included work, relationship, aging, and caregiver issues. I have also helped people with depression, anxiety and low self- esteem issues. Change is difficult but inevitable. You don’t have to go through it alone. I am here to help.

I believe the therapeutic relationship between the client and therapist is the most important aspect of therapy. I see therapy as journey of self-discovery for each client. I can help guide you through your journey to a better understanding of your strengths and weakness. I will help empower you to make the most of your strengths and help you successfully meet your challenges.
