Coming into this never having experienced counseling before, I was nervous and anxious on how I would handle and respond to it. Lydia was super friendly and easy to talk to right from the beginning. She consistently checks in with insightful quotes and things related to our discussions to remind me of the goals I’m looking to accomplish.
