I enjoyed corresponding with Cindy. She helped me in catching myself thinking or reacting to things as a habit. She always suggested I that I be aware of what I am doing and thinking and try to reframe issues to see in another light. I am grateful for the help she has given me. I started to correspond when I was feeling particularly bad and now feel like I have basic tools in which to help myself. I just needed someone to remind me how to think positively instead of negatively.
