Christina was so kind and understanding. While it was my first time reaching out for my mental health, she was always willing to listen and asked the right questions to drive the conversation deeper. She provided me with a lot of resources to help me improve my mental health and I would strongly recommend her services, and BetterHelp in general, to anyone as I believe talking to a trained professional can always help.

As someone who has faced personal challenges, I have found a passion in helping others to find a path through their own. Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I appreciate that Christina listens well. I appreciate that she’s teaching me/suggesting coping skills so once I discover and can acknowledge a problem, it doesn’t just stay that way. I’m learning to work it through and become a better, thriving person. How wonderful is that?! Thank you, Christina.
She’s very knowledgeable, gives great tools to help me work through my problems, and makes me feel heard.
With the little time I had with you meant more to me then anything. I really enjoyed our talks and how safe you made me feel. Thank you
