Hello! My name is Jill and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 9 years experience providing therapy services. I have experience conducting individual and group therapy, in-office, online and phone-based counseling in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I aim to assist clients in exploring relationships between thoughts, feelings, behaviors to ultimately alter unhelpful patterns into a positive, productive and healthy mindset. My ultimate goal will be for you to leave each session feeling more at ease, confident, and empowered in your life. We will work together to help you get back to the best version of yourself.
