I have been with Lillian for a little over 2 months now. From the beginning the most important aspect of our sessions that I walked away with was the feeling that what I was experiencing was valid. There have been multiple times where she has shifted my perspective with her questioning technique that I would not have arrived at on my own. I thoroughly look forward to my sessions with Lillian every week, as much as I learn about myself, I always walk away feeling lighter, and that I've caught up with a long time friend who has my best interests at heart and is helping me become the best version of myself.
