Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Cathy is wonderful and I enjoy her as my counselor
Cathy is fantastic and has made such a positive impact on my life - highest recommendation!
Very supportive and accommodating
Cathy is a phenomenal person to work with. She strikes the perfect balance of asking the right questions and giving me space to talk about whatever is on my mind. She’s been excellent at pushing me to tackle the hard things while also creating space for when I need rest and reassurance.
I’m so grateful to have been paired with Cathy. She always creates a judgement free space that I feel comfortable to be in. She recognizes and celebrates my wins even when I might not see them at first, and has also been a massive resource in processing some harder and more emotional things I have going on. I feel that Cathy really cares about what’s best for me and I think is an all around wonderful counselor.
Cathy is great! I trust her expertise and her advice. Have been in a much better mentality since I’ve been talking with her!
Cathy was an amazing therapist. She really helped me during a couple of difficult months in my life. I highly recommend her.
Fantastic experience with Cathy so far - she really listens, hones in on what I brought up during our first meeting, and has already offered tools and exercises that have helped me. Highly recommend and look forward to continuing our work together.
Very engaging punctual and accommodating
