Jason is great and is an excellent listener
Jason Harper is wonderful. He is professional, kind, and able to reframe things in a way that is very helpful to me in processing my feelings and thoughts. He has a sense of humor, but doesn't use it to gloss over hard things. He gives me time to absorb big moments in our sessions. He has really been key to helping me see some difficult things in my past and my present and to finding ways to deal with things beyond my control in positive ways. He feels safe, like I could tell him anything and he would not be shocked or judgmental. I find his style very therapeutic for me. Definitely recommend him if you are serious about dealing with your mental health and looking for someone to offer new ideas and reframe old ones.
Excellent listener.
Jason is an amazing therapist who takes time to get to know their clients and fully listen and understand where they are coming up. He also gives great advice and feedback based on not what you want to hear but what you should hear and makes you think of things that you wouldn’t normally think of. I think this is a fantastic way of helping people grow.
If it wasn't for Jason helping me see what's important and giving me ways to help with anger I wouldn't be in as good of a place as I am. I have health problems and they would be much worse if I didn't have the rest of my life in the order its in now. I definitely wouldn't be in a good place. I hold myself accountable to tell Jason the truth about any problems. And he always asks the right questions to get me to think about what I should have done. At this point because of him I know when I messed up when it's happening, and it happens much less. My mother and I get long so much better.
Jason is a great listener. He is courteous and he gives sound and applicable advice. I highly recommend.
Awesome therapist whom has been great for my recovery and working through issues.
He is a great and wonderful person. Listen in very understanding thank u
Very much appreciate Jason for his kindness and support.
Very helpful and helps tackle tough topics.
Jason is extremely perceptive and tries to use multiple data points from each session to create a larger picture. His ability to listen and understand key thoughts/feelings/emotions makes him a WONDERFUL therapist and professional. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to understand themselves better.
I was a patient of Jason for just one month but he helped me through a very difficult time. I could tell he was experienced and he did a great job of listening and guiding me towards skills and resources that helped me get through my rough times. I would definitely recommend Jason to anyone who may be going through a difficult time and is seeking out an understanding therapist.
Jason really knows how to challenge me during our sessions and when I’m out of line, he’s not afraid to say something. I could not think more highly of him.
Jason recently helped me work through some issues. My favorite things about working with him are the accountability that he held me to as well as the feeling of validation when discussing my problems. It felt good to feel like I always had someone one on my side and I looked forward to our chats each week. I highly recommend Jason as a therapist - especially if you are dealing with issues such as anxiety or building relationship boundaries.
Very helpful, may take time to find a person for you but a good option for sure
A good listener who offers great advice and is very perceptive. 10 out of 10. Would recommend. Thanks Jason!
Jason has been extremely helpful to me throughout my journey. He is very attentive and gives great feedback!
I’ve only met with Jason once so far but he is tentative! He is invested in the root of the matter so healing can begin! He dives deep but for good reason, that is where trauma dwells after all. I feel comfortable expressing myself. He gets back to me in a timely manner and even checks in to see how I’m feeling. I feel like I was matched with a therapist who truly wants to help me heal, regain my confidence, and quiet my anxiety and depression.
Jason is on my side in a way that complements me. When I confuse myself and over complicate things, he simplifies them. When I rationalize why I might be wrong and dismiss my side of things, he reminds me that my feelings are still valid even if I’m wrong or shows me how my side is reasonable and could be right. Overall, he’s an incredible therapist who really understands what I want out of therapy, even though I don’t really know how to articulate what I want (in therapy and in life in general). I’ve learned so much from him, and my outlook on and the way I move through my life has changed for the better. I can’t thank him enough, to be honest.
Jason is a great therapist. He listens and responds in a helpful way, challenging when necessary, and moving on when it’s appropriate. He wasn’t afraid to ask hard questions when it would help bring me to a better understanding or more clarity. Jason also used many different tools in therapy such as worksheets, affirmations, etc. Jason has been the only therapist that I have seen for a prolonged period of time and is the only time during therapy that I felt like I made progress and was able to achieve my goals.
Amazing
I worked with Jason for about two months and he was incredibly helpful, I cannot recommend him enough. This was my first foray into counseling and Jason was the perfect person to help me get over that hurdle and helped me overcome some really difficult times and helped me dig deeper into my own self.
I enjoyed having Jason as a counselor. He was very tentative and shared good feedback in our conversations. I would highly recommend him.
Jason has been an amazing counselor. He's helped me better connect with people in my life and given me many ways to cope with my anxiety. I feel like I have better clarity with decision making and I've been able to better set boundaries with people in my life. He's a great person to work with!
Jason is wonderful. He is a true professional and has helped me every session since our first. I was always skeptical about therapy, now I can’t picture my life without it. Thank you Jason, you have helped me tremendously. Hats off to you.
Jason is extremely patient with his clients and does a wonderful job working with them through their various needs and concerns. He’s an active listener and pays attention to his clients details.
Jason has been an ideal counselor. He listens without passing judgement and provides useful guidance.
Jason is a very patient person, and an active listener. He helps me deal with my emotional struggles in a positive manner with reassurance and helpful advice.
I have greatly enjoyed working with Jason. We have met regularly via virtual video meetings over the past several months, and he has been incredible in helping me to address my stress at work, life, and everything in between, in the midst of a global pandemic. He is very adept at listening, identifying underlying thought processes, discussing issues, and working towards productive solutions. I always look forward to meeting with him, and I would highly recommend Jason to anyone and everyone!
I have worked with Jason for the past couple of months and have greatly improved in areas of my life throughout this time. He's able to ask questions and summarize what I say to really make me think more in depth about things. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a counselor who is active during sessions and that encourages intricate discussion.
Jason has taken the time to understand my needs. I’m not sure he fully understands all the issues yet and how they inter-related (if they do) but he is making a better attempt than any coach or counselor I have met with in the past
I've only had it for a few sessions but I must say I am very pleased. He is amazing at what he does and I hope to continue my journey of bettering myself with his help!
He has been extremely helpful and intuitive. Jason is always eager to listen and offer advice, and he has helped me understand how I can manage my issues and goals
Jason was my counselor for two months and in that time he helped me tremendously. Jason was very thoughtful and respectful, and helped me to control my anxiety greatly. He asked many thought provoking questions and helped provide perspective that I didn’t come to on my own that really helped broaden my viewpoints. I am very grateful for the time spent working with him. Would highly recommend Jason to any other person looking for help with anxiety
