Bridget has experience in the treatment of a wide variety of ages in the following settings: inpatient mental health treatment, trauma, university counseling centers and crisis intervention for suicidal ideation, homicidal ideation, and psychosis. Bridget’s clinical focus is these issues as well as trauma and complex PTSD, childhood issues and other influential experiences from the past, anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, low self esteem and identity, premarital and marriage, and highly sensitive persons (HSP’s).
Bridget’s approach to counseling is eclectic. She believes in meeting her clients where they are and tailoring treatment to their unique circumstances. Bridget utilizes Sandtray Therapy with clients who can benefit from this modality.
