I had Denise as a counselor for a few months and stopped sessions due to my schedule and we had worked through most of my issues. I loved working with her. More life events happened that I struggled with and I immediately signed back up for sessions with Denise because she has been so supportive and helpful for me.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Denise is extremely kind, understanding and conversations with her feel genuine. I really enjoy my sessions with her and she makes the incredibly tough topics easier to get through with sympathetic listening and feedback. I've worked through a lot in the past 2 or 3 months having weekly sessions with her. I highly recommend her.

Denise helped me through the toughest moment of my life. I’m a person that hasn’t experienced so many inconveniences in life and in a span of 4 months, experienced it all. I went through loss of family members, a loss of a pet, a car accident, personal hardship and feeling extremely anxious and overwhelmed. She is so knowledgeable and helpful. She is an amazing listener and I really appreciate her. She helped me navigate my feelings and help me understand why I was feeling the way I did. I never felt judged! I have tried video and phone call meeting with her and both felt comfortable.
