I have been trying therapy for over 13 years for a variety of personal issues; parenting, love, trauma and sometimes just "life". This is the type of insight I have been seeking. Eve has already provided me with more information than any therapist I have seen in the past. The level of personal reflection and realness Eve has provided has been impressive to say the least.

Welcoming, strong person who helps provide incite. I appreciate her feedback and ways to look at it from another point of view, while also recognizing my view. Her work with kids and family has helped me in my family.

Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 14 years of experience working as therapist and behavioral coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including adults with autism (ASD, Asperger) focusing on social/professional (work) integration, depression, anxiety, inter/intra personal relationship issues, parenting problems (family dynamics).

I excel at helping individuals who have experienced physical/emotional trauma.

My counseling styles are person-centered and growth mindset. I consider the client/therapist relationship to be the most important factor in counseling. I treat anyone with respect, kindness, humility and compassion. I believe in person first, authenticity, growth-mindset. My approach combines trauma-focused, solution focused and dialectic counseling styles. Person-centered approach allows for individual tailoring of coaching and support. Our conversations are set around selected goals on the treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.

The best coaches don’t just help us win...They teach us perseverance and create a growth-mindset.

She’s a wonderful therapist. I’ve had therapists for years that never ‘got me’ like she does. I’m thankful for her expertise.

I appreciate Eve brings her personal experiences sometimes to relate to my experiences & has background in autism. I got to learn new vocabulary like hyper vigilance.

Eve Mary Richard has been an absolute God-send. I’ve been working with her for almost two years and have made huge strides along my healing journey. She helps me consider points of concern through a different lens and helps me make sense of the emotions I face and patterns of behavior. I feel listened to and heard, she’s fantastic at what she does and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Eve is a great therapist. She is an excellent listener and provides me with helpful tools to cope with my situation or whatever I’m feeling in that moment. She also calls me out and holds me accountable when I am doing or thinking something that is not good for my mental health. I like that she gives me things I can work on to help me feel better. Her approach is a good fit for my personality.

Eve is so great. There’s a lot to be said about someone who you never meet in real life but who can still understand you and your needs. She has instilled such great practices in me and I’ve carried them with me through life and shared them with others.

Reviewed November 2021

I feel very fortunate to have been paired with Eve. She has a warm demeanor and is supportive but also holds me accountable and encourages me to continue working on improving myself. I have done in person therapy before and did not connect well with the therapist. That is not the case here; I think we have a very good rapport and feel that she understands what I’m saying we’re talking and I understand the information she is conveying to me.

Reviewed November 2021

I’ve been working with Eve for a few months now and she has been able to help me with so many areas in my life. I initially began therapy with her to help me through a stressful life event and she helped guide me through how to deal with the event at the time and have tools for dealing with things that could come up in the future. She was also able to help me immensely with family relationships, my romantic relationship, and with my career. She is super patient and made my therapy experience a lot better than I could have expected. I’m very grateful I chose her as my therapist and highly recommend her!

Eve Mary Richard has been an amazing therapist; before my sessions with her, my anxiety and depression had been affecting my life. Eve understood my issues that had impacting my life and actually listened to what I have gone though over much of my life. With more and more understanding, I have been able to process my feelings and understand to move my life forward. If you are experiencing depression or anxiety that has you worried about your prospects or your life, I would highly recommend Eve.

I've only had 3 sessions so far, but I feel that Eve already understands my personality, strengths and weaknesses fairly well. I was most impressed with the assignment she gave me one week. Write down things that stress me out, with a before, during, and after aspect. It was a very systematic approach to "solving my problem" that I felt matched my personality and it really helped make me feel like I'm making progress. I definitely recommend Eve.
