Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Overall rating:
She is amazing at what she does, always responsive, thoughtful and I have improved by leaps and bounds in my healing journey due to her.
Carol is always available...gives me tools..homework and ways to feel better. She's outstanding and I'm very happy to go back to her and get help with what I need.
Carol is awesome! She is very friendly and makes me feel comfortable. She really listens to what I tell her. I know I have seen some improvement in myself since I first started with her. She believes in me, even when I don’t believe in myself, and she pushes me to see that for myself, and see how it is all just negative thoughts and not based on facts about who I am. She gives me real, practical ways that I can deal with my anxiety and just general I know that with her help and guidance I will be able to continue seeing improvement.
Carol took me on while I was going through an extremely painful and difficult period. I’m not out of the woods yet but she has been kind and patient; both comforting and guiding. I would recommend her to anyone who is seeking a good listener and a source of comfort.
