Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Mark is a great therapist
Mark has been a great listener and advise giver. He is very wise and relatable when it came to my issue of getting over my ex girlfriend. I would highly recommend him.
I'm very happy with the progress you're helping me make.
Great therapist
Mark has been extremely instrumental in helping me to reframe past events, to hold myself accountable for setting appropriate boundaries with people, and to examine different approaches to dealing with chronic pain. Mark does a great job of listening, providing expertise and suggestions, and asking for feedback about which approaches are working and what kinds of things you'd like to address next.
Mark is great! compassionate and thoughtful, does not talk more than his client which is huge. I appreciate my work with him
If you are looking for a gentle, understanding, and resourceful counselor, I cannot say enough about how great Mark is. It was unthinkable for me a couple months ago to believe the negativity and depression I’ve struggled with would soften and turn into a positive outlook. Mark is a gem and I recommend him highly.
