My name is Kathleen Rodriguez and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor 2018. I graduated with my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling in 2014. Since graduating with my Master’s degree I’ve provided a wide range of counseling working with children and adults in a diverse community. I use a variety of theoretical approaches including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Motivational Therapy. I strive to provide additional support and guidance to families who are in need.

I began my career working with adults in an inpatients Substance abuse facility. Also, I have worked with children in outpatient capacity with ADHD, Autism and behavioral problems. In addition to working with children with specific trauma such as physical abuse and separation from family of origin, I am well diverse in play therapy, art therapy and behavioral therapy.

I love working with children and families. I am passionate about helping families heal and stay together. I pride myself in providing a non-judgmental and safe environment. I am fluent in English and Spanish. My dedication helps me guide and strengthen families in their time of need.
