Dr. Wright is absolutely brilliant. He is very patient with me (I usually struggle to get to my point). Honestly signing up for therapy is the best decision that I’ve made. Dr. Wright has really helped me change my perspective on everything. I now look at situations in my life with different lenses and apply the understandings that I’ve learned. Brilliant

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Dr Wright is great! I look forward to our calls every week. I think everyone should get themselves a counselor...
Very diligent and thorough in his active listening.
Dr. Wright is fantastic! I was really pleased to get paired with him through BetterHelp. He's been a great listener; very generous in his attention to both my spoken and written communications. He seems to be very good at “meeting me mentally on my terms” - in other words, if I naturally would approach a certain problem a certain way, he’s perfectly game to use that same strategy. He might just call out some additional insights I wouldn’t have noticed on my own. But he also highlights the strengths of my own thought processes, which is helping to give me some more trust in myself! I also like that he will gently steer us toward laying out some weekly or short-term goals. It's a nice balance between a full-on coach and someone who might just let you talk without any specific action steps being involved. Overall it’s been a great experience so far and I’d highly recommend!
As stated previously my sessions have been absolutely wonderful and has provided character building moments. I can see the shift already happening in my life and marriage. Thank you!
Dr Wright has been instrumental in helping me unpack a lot of stuff I’ve been carrying for decades.
Dr. Wright always gives me the time and space I need to verbally express myself. I can ramble or be long winded and he is able to pick out key points and areas that need immediate attention or find strategies to work on areas that may take a little longer. He helps me without bias or judgement and keeps me focused by setting goals. He is patient, understanding and provides insight into why I feel the way I do. Dr. Wright has done an excellent job at making me feel comfortable to express myself, and is always there should I need someone to talk to.
Its nice knowing that I have someone to talk to about how I am feeling. Dr Wright is understanding and I always feel better after a session.
