Started speaking with Josh a few weeks ago and he's definitely helped me with my relationship. He taught me how to navigate conversations with my girlfriend in order to keep us both engaged and not get defensive and shut off from each other. I can say that it doesn't seem like I'm talking to a therapist during our sessions. It feels more like talking to a friend who is helping me navigate tough times in my relationship and that's exactly what I was hoping for. I was on the fence about talking with a therapist but I'm extremely glad I decided to.

Wonderful counselor. Great at picking up personal traits and giving feedback. Paces the therapy and topics discussed at a comfortable level, at the same time pushes when needed.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

I greatly appreciate everything Josh has helped with since the beginning of our sessions. He has helped me start to control my anxiety. He responds in a timely manner, speaks to me as I’m a friend and not a patient or client. In the little time we’ve worked together, he’s already made me see myself as the person I’m striving to be. I can’t thank him enough.

Josh is extremely easy to communicate with and really listens to what you have to say. Working with him is truly a fun and interactive experience- he’s the first counselor I’ve worked with that I can say I’ve seen true progress with.
