I haven't worked with this therapist for long, but I absolutely love her. She has a unique way of maintaining professionalism while still being human and is good at picking up details and asking questions accordingly. She's very honest, and at times direct, but always remains considerate and empathetic, and overall working with Christine feels like having someone to support you through out your journey versus someone trying to tell you what your journey is, which I find very beneficial and refreshing.

Christina MacNaughton was an incredibly helpful and uplifting influence during the sessions I had with her. I was in a really bad place when my long-term relationship ended and wasn’t confident initially about receiving weekly therapy sessions. She helped me realize certain aspects about myself and how I honestly felt about my former partner and came to conclusions that helped me in my path to move on. She’s kind, personable and transparent; just the kind of person you’d need if you feel like it’s difficult to open up and trust new people.
