Kind Scott, has been a huge help when I was dealing with really tough anxious and sad emotions. He took time to read and listen to me, sent me very, very, helpful worksheets to help me to gently challenge my anxious thoughts and to help me start developing a more gently balanced thought process. As I'm from a different country/nationality he took time too, to understand my background so as to continue to help me better. I'm truly really really so so sooooo grateful! :-)
