Suzi is very helpful and truly understands the issues that are important to me. She listens well and then has a knack for pulling it all together and offering advice and therapy exercises that help me work through my issues. We've only met a few times (hence my 8 instead of 10 at this time), but I feel comfortable talking to her, and I plan to stay a patient of her for a while.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Suzy is a great listener. She offers very helpful suggestions and supports me with my mental health journey. She brings up points that I never knew were possible, and provides links for me to relate seemingly random things about myself to my mental health issues.
Suzy was very attentive to my concerns and after all said & done, we made a list of goals to work on for the next appointment.
I have worked with Suzy for a while now, and I only have wonderful things to say about our relationship and work together. Suzy has been a wonderful therapist. She is gentle and kind and extremely validating. As someone who is still figuring out who they are, I have found her to be very helpful and I am so grateful for our time and work together.
I have learned some helpful techniques that I implement in my daily life to help control my anxiety. I am excited to share what I learned with friends and I encourage them to try BetterHelp therapy as well. I absolutely am learning a lot right now.
Suzy was great. She helped me to get through a rough time in my life and gave me the resources to feel better about myself and how to be assertive but not obnoxious. Would highly recommend her!

Very good. Nice and calming.
Suzy helped me realized a lot of things about myself. I am glad I was able to work with her.
Haven’t talk with her much, but from what I’ve talked to her she seems cool and neutral and she listens and that’s a plus
Suzy is a very sweet and kind therapist. She truly listens and has a very claming demeanor. She will encourage you to find want speaks to you and help you anyway she can.
Such a kind Therapist who incorporated faith into our sessions. Suzy is great!
Suzy has been great so far!
Suzy Gold is a good therapist. She is a good resource for finding help in other places like, group chats, free counseling services that can be done over the phone, family help, addictions services and more. She honestly hasn’t helped me much with my goals. I don’t think that is because of her experience or knowledge. I believe there is a language barrier. She is hard to understand. If Suzy Gold is your therapist live texting might be the best option for you.
Easy to bond with. Friendly. Understanding. Fellow cat-lover.
Suzy was good
Suzy Gold has a voice that you’d want to hear on the other end of the line when you’re heading for a mental break down. I feel better after our talks.
I would describe Suzy as motherly and gentle. :) Since I've opted for worksheets, she has given me some, and spends the session going through them (first asking whether I would want to go through them of course, which I do). And it's been a lovely 2 sessions with her so far! As someone who is easily distracted and can look over small details, I find her very grounding and assuring. Even her going through a worksheet and talking through it with me helps me see things I would have glossed over before.
Suzy Gold is a very kind and supportive therapist who listens intently and recommends appropriate courses of actions, including where to gain specific knowledge regarding development areas for the client.
i haven’t met with her yet
Dr. Gold has exposed me to therapy methods I’ve not experienced before in only 2 sessions. We agreed to try art therapy next. I really like her and found myself smiling in my last session.
She’s been wonderful to work with, has genuinely helped me.
Suzy is great. She is easy to talk to and very supportive.
I really enjoy my sessions with Suzy. She’s easy to talk to and empathetic to my situation. I find that her ideas for coping with grief and stress are creative and helpful. We always work on something tangible during the session that I then feel confident to go and practice on my own. I’m very happy I looked into therapy because I’m starting to feel more like myself and have strategies for coping when things come up that are triggering.
Suzy has been super helpful helping me identify the root of my anxieties & teach me how to use grounding techniques to manage those a lot better. Very grateful!
She listens so well. She helps me hear myself and I can recognize now when I'm being self depreciating. I can better control my outbursts and understand them more clearly now.
Very supportive and helpful
Suzy is very kind and knowledgeable. She patiently listened to me rant about my issues and was quick to provide resources and techniques that would aid me.
Very patient, attentive, insightful. Not forceful. Knowledgeable, trustful, and respectful.
Thank you Suzy, you’re the kindest voice I have heard in a long time
Had my intro call with Suzy today. She is very kind and a good listener. She is quick to come up with exercises and grounding techniques to help her clients.
