Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Overall rating:
Ryan is very attentive and caring during our conversations.
Fantastic therapist! He listens and remembers details, very compassionate and knowledgeable. Highly recommended
Ryan listens carefully and is able to respond to my Concerns.
Ryan was able to quickly help me with my struggles. He saw what I needed and provided me with tools to overcome my challenges. In less than 2 weeks I was on top of and dealing with my problems. Feel amazing! Feel like I understand myself better. As they say, 10/10 would recommend.
Ryan is one of the easiest therapists I've ever spoken with… during our therapy sessions he lets our conversations flow but then interjects to point out areas of concern or things that I can grow from I highly recommend him
My sessions with Ryan have been very helpful. He seems to understand my concerns and a way I can move forward.
Ryan does a great job listening to what I have to say and is always very thoughtful in his responses. I have never felt like he has been anything less than professional and supportive.
Ryan has helped me work towards viewing my emotions in a more compassionate manner. He's kind, patient, and always makes me feel heard. I'm so grateful for the skills Ryan has taught me, I think about his advice each day and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking to understand themselves and the human brain better.
Been meeting with him for about a year and some change, now. He's fantastic, knows what he's talking about, how to help me organize myself, gives me helpful work to do (that I have requested), and doesn't make me feel like I am in an echo chamber. He has important points of view/opposite points of view type of methods to keep me from emotionally lighting myself up. He asks important questions, but also knows when to just let me run myself and my mouth out for a little bit. Very thankful for his expertise and understanding of the human condition. Thank you, Ryan, for helping, teaching, and guiding me.
As someone who’s been working as a first responder, to military and just overall a busy life, I’ve experienced a lot of different difficulties that have impacted my mental health in very bad ways. Ryan has helped me. In just 5 sessions so far, he and I, together, have found some deep rooted issues that have surfaced and he has helped me find ways to cope and control these issues appropriately. Ryan listens more than he speaks, however when he does speak, it’s as if he has been able to appropriately determine what exactly needs to be said with professionalism and expert care. Ryan is, by far, a man who takes his client’s needs and crafts a perfect approach to handling them.
Ryans awesome
Ryan is a great therapist, would highly recommend
Ryan is a great dude. Helped me through some tough times.
I’ve done a lot of therapy and Ryan is my favorite. He is educated, concise and kind. I can tell that he is paying attention and is taking notes. His observations are always helpful. Highly recommend.
He’s very accommodating and he displaces well knowledge & understanding in the materials he gives to work on.
Ryan is a true gem! I can't believe I was so fortunate to find him. Thank you.
Ryan is very knowledgeable and has helped me a ton!
Ryan is empathetic and genuine. Makes me feels listened to and supported, and offers good advice as well as good questions that make me think
Ryan patiently answered all my questions and gave me the feeling of being understood and cared for. We worked through many strategies and he put me back on where my focus needs to go. I feel empowered and I recognized change through these weeks we've met.
Easy to talk to. Willing to set a pace with you and work with you on a timeline that works for you. Lighthearted demeanour and very kind. It was great working with Ryan!
Ryan was extremely helpful! He helped me understand my thoughts and feelings and gave me methods to counter my unconscious negative thoughts. He was very patient with me, especially when he spotted what my issues are when I didn’t recognize them myself. Thank you so much, Ryan!
He was very calm and we worked together to help me and what solutions would work for me!
He is very comforting and reassuring that there are ways to get through the toughest things. He doesn't push subjects I'm not ready for and gives me methods to work on between sessions. I was hesitant at first because I wasn't sure a male therapist would understand some of my issues, but I feel very comfortable with him and glad I gave it a shot. I like that he treats me like a human being rather than a head case.
Ryan has a lot of compassion and wisdom and is a great communicator.
