I am thankful to have been connected with Dr.Harp. In my first three sessions I opened up to Dr. Harp. I am convinced now that he had a strong sense of what he could teach me that would enable me to help myself. I am going to continue my sessions with Dr. Harp. He has explained changes I need to make to achieve my goal of better health, not just mentally but physically as well! For me it is going to take some time and with Dr.Harp’s help, my future looks bright.

I'm a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Maryland and a retired school psychologist in the District of Columbia. Served as an adjunct professor at the University of the District of Columbia in the Psychology and Counseling Department. I have worked as a clinical psychologist with addictions, mood and anxiety disorders, and behavioral stress reduction at both outpatient and inpatient Military Treatment Facilities. My clinical expertise include: clinical, psycho-educational, and comprehensive evaluations as well as treatment of child and adolescent behavioral problems, and mindful meditation.
