Mary is truly amazing. In the amount of time I have had sessions with her, I have become more confident in my parenting, have a larger toolbox of resources when things get rough, and know that she is available to assist in a way that works for me. She is compassionate, understanding, and also encouraging when it comes to facing trauma and moving forward through life.

Hello, and good to see you here! I come from eight years in doctors' offices and am a licensed clinical social worker and certified health coach. I have always known that helping people was the right path for me. Along the way, I have met and served many different kinds of people. I respect every person and only aim to get you where you would like to be. As a social worker, I see you as the expert of yourself and am determined to help you get what you want.
I bring to the table excellent diagnostic skills and a focus on evidence-based intervention with an approach that is always centered around you, the client! I would say that the vast majority of my experience as a therapist lies with folks who have depressive and anxiety symptoms and who have experienced trauma. While trauma is a part of life, the past can affect us right now. Healing from trauma is possible, and your path will be your own. I am here to walk beside you on that path, using techniques that are effective and responsive to your needs as well as based in science.
As a health coach, I can offer you elevated well being. Coaching harnesses your motivation and inner wisdom to help you meet goals in any areas of your life that feel off-balance or need attention. Health coaching can be effective and powerful. It can also help you implement goals and treatment plans from other professionals or meet important health demands that may impact your future--all while breaking down barriers and tapping into strengths you may have never noticed.
I hope that my authentic compassion and desire to positively impact the the world and you as an individual will be evident from the first time we talk and throughout our work together. Let's get started!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
