Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I simply connected with Tricia. I immediately trusted in her. She made me feel safe and listened to me intensely. Her reassuring me that I could call or message her anytime made me feel protected.
So sweet, very punctual, very caring and kind, very communicative. Very much matches my needs as they come up which is exactly what I need as a special needs parent. She has been great to work with, highly highly recommend!!
She is great and has helped me tremendously!
Very understanding, very patient, and very supportive. She responds in a timely manner, and is willing to pump the breaks if she realizes you may not be quite ready to dive into something in particular. Is good at keeping you focused on the issue at hand.
Over the last 3 months, Patricia has validated my feelings and been a steady ear each week as I navigated very intense emotions. During our time working together, Patricia has exposed me to the tools I need to gain insight on myself and assist in healthy communication with others. I have learned so much over the last few months, and am excited to continue the journey.
Patricia was engaging and an active listener. She provided the sounding board and professional opinions I needed. I highly recommend her.
I really enjoy my sessions with Patricia. It’s good to be getting tools to cope. It’s even better to be getting help and input.
Patricia has provided me wonderful support and is a great cheerleader! I feel listened to and understood. I look forward to growing further with Patricia’s help!
What to say about Patricia.... I guess I'll start with she is actively helping me change my life. I feel supported and heard in a way that feels natural, not clinical. It's pretty obvious to me that Patricia is a master of her craft. 10 out of 10 would recommend her to anyone. She isn't the first therapist I've engaged, with even on this platform, but it's clear to me that she can be the last. Thank you Patricia.
Patricia is great. She listens well and provides expert support. I highly recommend Patricia.
Patricia Grady is a very thoughtful and I feel completely safe talking to her about anything that comes to mind. Even if it is through a message because I can’t get the words to come out verbally.
She's been great at listening to my wants and needs and offering guidance and skills. I highly recommend!
Patricia is an excellent listener, who gives incredible feedback and makes me feel very supported. It's not easy to find a therapist who hits all three!
Great listener and very attentive. I feel safe when I talk to her and she’s a great counselor.
Patricia has been amazing, and helped me in ways I didn't think we're possible. Being able to message her at anytime, as well as having a journal to use, and goals to work towards has made the process of grieving more understandable and manageable.
