Dr. Fletcher was really easy to talk to. I don't have a lot of experience with "therapy" and still find it to be a bit out of my comfort zone. Cynthia Fletcher really know how to make the most of the session. I wish they were 60 minutes in stead of 30. But she gave me tangible things to do until our next session and I am feeling great about this process so far.
