I think KR is a distance away or I would be interested in meeting in person on a regular basis. KR is easy to talk to, and gives concrete answers yet still guides me to a solution that might actually be possible. I end calls with KR feeling like I understood what we discussed and usually have a plan that is workable to help me solve whatever problem I've had

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I always feel better after I’ve spoken with Kim. She’s a really great listener and gives me time to process, but also has really insightful thoughts to share. I’ve worked with her for a while and I’m really grateful for our sessions. I am so appreciative for having Kim as my therapist.

Kim is amazing! She provides me with a ton of valuable information as well as insight. The worksheets she provides suit me and the issues in facing and I find a lot of value in them! She’s helping me make a difference in myself and I couldn’t be any happier!
Kimberley was an awesome therapist to work with. She helped me to break down my problems in a relatable and even funny way, made me feel heard, and helped provide real perspective to me in a time when I needed it. Thank you Kimberley!
Kimberly is really nice to talk to. I've never felt more comfortable opening up to someone else than I habe with her. Not that I'm comfortable being an open book to her (yet.) But I am definitely much more comfortable talking to her, than my mom, or family members for sure! She also makes me feel that my feelings are normal, and that I am normal. Which helps me a lot with my on-and-off anxieties and insecurities.
Kimberley is a true professional and has helped me through a rough time. She is very kind and understanding and has plenty of experience that helped me guide and realize what I need to change to realize my goals.
Really happy with Kimberly so far. She seems experienced and kind.
