Hello, my name is Kenneth Denny. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 +years experience providing individual, couples and family therapy. I work with a broad range of presenting issues: such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, loss and grief, anger management, identity, relationship and parenting problems and workplace issues. I have also worked with a wide range of ethnic, cultural and economically diverse populations.
My counseling style is engaging, direct, relaxed, and encouraging. My treatment approach combines psycho educational, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness therapy and family systems and solution focused therapy. I provide a clinical space that is safe, nonjudgemental and supportive. I use these models to assist clients to gain a deeper understanding of their thoughts, feelings, actions, triggers and entanglements. Together we develop a treatment plan that is tailored to address specific issues, increase self confidence in desired areas and to develop a tool kit for assertive self care and personal growth.
Taking a step in your own behalf is the first step in making important changes in your life and being happier and more fulfilled.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Kenneth has drastically changed my life for the better. I used to have a very negative self talk, but through our sessions that has changed to a positive, and kind talk towards myself which has made every other area in my life more enjoyable, happy and fun.
Kenneth has thus forth been very understanding, effective in his techniques, and patient. He is a good man and I appreciate his advice.
I have been extremely satisfied and impacted by the positive support and strategies offered through my therapist. I am so grateful for their expertise and commitment to my health and well-being.
I enjoy my talks with Kenneth. Always has a good perspective and kind ear. Helps me set simple goals and maintain a clear path to reach them.
I’ve been in therapy before over the years. I’ve spent 250 for a 30 minute session when I had a great job. I’ve spent 150/hour when I could barely afford it. Recently it’s been rough and to me this service was a last resort being all I could afford, knowing that I really needed help. I honestly was not expecting anything especially due to most of my experience, (but not all,) with expensive therapists not effective. All of that changed with Kenneth Denny. This man is on the ball. Very attentive. Blocks all of my tangents (kindly) and was the last thing I expected out of this experience. I wish I had found him years ago.
Kenneth has been extremely helpful in my therapy. He has been attentive and I have thoroughly enjoyed my sessions so far. He gives me clear instructions and tasks to go away and work on. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing help.
Kenneth has been great. We only got started 3 weeks ago and I am already experiencing benefits from our sessions. He has helped me identify my needs, set realistic goals, and implemented a program and tools to get there.
Listens well and provides helpful feedback and suggestions for better managing my issues.
He asked me questions that made him understand me and my situation better. Instead of just telling me what I should do. It seems he is trying to understand me to better come up with a solution for my issues. He jumped right into discussing how I feel and why. He let me talk and gave me homework.
Kenneth is well rounded and listens with detail. He asks questions to encourage deep thought and facilitate making challenging decisions.
Kenneth is a great listener, is knowledgeable in his areas of expertise, and provides good insight and feedback pertinent to my needs. I would definitely recommend.
Kenneth is excellent, I would highly recommend him to any person needing to speak with someone.
Kenneth had been amazing. A caring , knowledgable therapist. His methods are very well received by me. Thanks
I appreciate all the help Kenneth gave me during my time with him. He understood what I was going through and helped me through it in a way that I could connect with. If I ever needed therapy again, he would be my first choice
Kenny is very helpful. He provides the support and guidance that’s very much needed.
I haven't been in therapy for very long, but so far it has been an overall good experience. I appreciate Kenneth and his ability to understand how I communicate, and his willingness to be patient and help me try to make sense of things I have a hard time explaining.
Great therapist! Listens and responds well!
I believe that Kenneth is an excellent therapist. I believe his expertise would be, and is, helpful to many. My case may be hopeless, but that's certainly not his fault. Highly recommended!
Only have had two sessions so far with Ken but have really enjoyed the experience so far. Hoping to continue to learn from him the different tools he has to offer on how to solve the mental road blocks I have put up in my life that have kept me from changing and unlocking more potential and happiness in myself.
He’s great. I’ve been through at least 5 other therapists who have been awful on this platform. He listens and guides in a straightforward yet therapeutic way.
Kenneth is highly effective in identifying the main positive and negative influences in my life to help me identify myself from other and feed both inner child and parent accordingly!!
Kenneth is supportive and makes it easy to talk about anything with him.
Kenneth is very warm, kind and supportive. I feel he has a lot of wisdom for helping me with my difficulties.
He’s great! I really enjoy working with Kenneth!
It is my first time trying out therapy and it was scary to think about the first session, but Kenneth was a really calming presence and I felt relaxed after a couple of minutes right away. We had only two sessions yet, but I already think it will be a tremendous help in the future, how I think about myself and how I think about my goals in life. His advice on reading a book that would help me was greatly appreciated since I loved reading a long time ago and its a joy I forgot to experience in the last years.
When I first started working with Kenneth, I was fresh out of the unexpected end of a long-term relationship and struggling with self-worth and self-identity issues. With his help, I was able to turn my situation around and grow into a better, more well-rounded and confident person with a deeper understanding of who I am, what my weaknesses are, and where those weaknesses may stem from. Kenneth is a fantastic listener, and always had a valuable response to get me thinking in a way that I hadn't before. He taught me to recognize my critical self-talk and how to respond to it with empathy for myself via self-parenting techniques, affirmations and acceptance. I maintained therapy sessions past the point where I'd felt that I'd healed from the breakup just because I valued his council. I would recommend his therapy to anyone.
We only had 2 sessions but so far I'm happy with Kenny
I continue to feel comfortable talking to Kenneth. He is a kind and patient person. I am rather shy and it's hard for me to open up but I appreciate that he is able to be patient and let me figure it out. I am shocked by how quickly I feel better.. I know I still have a ways to go, but he gave me hope in a time where I didn't see any.
He lets me express myself freely and patiently. He has helped me put some structure in how i process my experiences and looking forward to more help in understanding how i can learn better habits for a better chance.
Kenneth has been able to unpack the deeper causes of why I am the way I am. He provided me with tools to address both my conscious concerns and unconscious issues, and he does this with grace. I am grateful for being paired with him and look forward to doing more work with him.
