Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

It is an absolute pleasure to work with Karen. Professional with the right blend of encouragement , education and support.
Karen is a highly knowledgeable, experienced therapist and working with her has helped me unlock some keys to well-being and a new future rather than reliving the past. Highly recommend!
She listens and has age appropriate experiences to help me deal with my issues.
Karen has a very positive attitude and a great personality, i always come away from a session feeling accomplished and better about my decisions. I know that she’s proud of me and with her work I’m proud of myself
Karen is awesome and thoughtful with her words and understanding of patients, she listens and try’s to understand patients and how to best help them understand how the feel and communicate that with others! I’d highly recommend Karen to loved ones who need help!
Pleasure to work with.
I don’t know where I would be without the help from Karen. She’s helped me change my life like nobody ever has before. 10/10
It was great having Karen as my therapist. She was very knowledgeable and helpful when I discussed with her the things that I wanted to deal with.
Very professional and knowledgeable.
Karen is amazing !!!!!!!! I’ve only had one session with her and can’t wait to go back. Typically it can be hard to find someone fitting on the first try. She was great!!
She is very kind and checks in with me often if she doesn't hear from me.
wonderful session
I really enjoy and appreciate Karen’s gentleness and wisdom! Every session I walk away feeling a little sore from my personal healing but also encouraged and stronger from what Karen walked me through!
She is very positive and responds quickly.
I’ve only briefly worked with a few other therapists, but Karen has been by far the most professional, knowledge-rich, comfortable, communicative therapy experience. I have no idea how she interacts with other clients, but our interactions feel very tailored to me. She created a great foundation for our communication by identifying how I give and receive information best, and it’s allowed the sessions to feel very productive. She has a plethora of resources, articles, and insights to offer that give me confidence in her expertise and allow me to understand my own mind and experience at a higher level. I’m also very reassured that she is “up to date” with new mental health data, research, and practice, and as a young woman in a world with experience and influence from the modern world, that is so very important! I’ve had therapists try to diagnose (or not diagnose) me by filling in generalized work sheets and checking boxes, and those methods often fail miserably when paired with my less conventional life experience. When I talk with Karen, I know she is taking the full scope of information I’ve given her to come to educated conclusions, and I trust that she’ll continue to adjust and add to her perception of me as I share with her further. I’m not sure what I expected before my first session with Karen, but I know she has exceeded my expectations in ways that I didn’t even know would be beneficial. If I could make any adjustments in therapy, I would simply increase my time with her. If you’re in search of a knowledgeable, empathetic, comfortable therapy experience, absolutely give Karen a try. If she’s not the right fit for you, she’ll be happy to help you identify what you may be looking for in a therapist/in your sessions; and that in itself is a service.
Karen is great, you can tell that she is truly listening by her responses.
