Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

She’s a good listener and provides practical advice
Easy going and good listener. Still getting to know her style but I feel positive going forward.
I’ve found Susan to be compassionate caring and understanding, all while being resourceful, inspiring and knowledgeable consultant. I look forward to every session.
We have very fluid sessions and she is very easy to open up to. Overall, I think she's a great fit
Susan is AMAZING and would highly recommend her. She is very well versed in many different fields and is super easy to talk to .
What a wonderful discovery to find Susan here. Often you never get the flavor of a person that you’re not face to face with. But after three sessions we’ve related abc shared stories personal to us both. It’s incredible to see one’s own thoughts, ideas, dreams and fears through someone else’s eyes. As in reading a good book I cannot wait for our next session and exchange of ideas. As a male I always thought I need a male therapist to relate to. I was wrong and know for a fact that her insight and coaching is exactly what I need. Thank you!
Susan is a wonderful therapist !
Susan is so easy to talk to, she really cares about her clients. I am so lucky I have her as a therapist. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs someone to talk to .Especially someone who may be hesitant about seeing a therapist. She doesn't make you feel nervous at all.
Therapist understands and verbalized plight of my daughter. Very helpful. Just didn’t deal with my conflicted emotions in responding with that need. As the reault of the first session I have adapted my responses
Susan is very positive and gave me some tools that helped me with my anxiety. I highly recommend working with Susan!
