I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, PTSD, OCD, and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and rational-emotive therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. The scope of the sessions focus on empowerment, developing confidence, mastering coping skills, therapy, and quality of care for clients.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

I enjoy my therapy sessions
Great listener and give helpful advice and worksheets! Calm demeanor which is good for me!
I recommend everyone to Valorie Jones. I have had therapist in the past that I have not been 100% honest with because I didn’t want to be judged but I love her. I can be honest and she has helped me in ways that I didn’t even know.
Valorie is patient and kind. She takes into consideration who I am as an individual and my concerns.
Valorie has been wonderful. She is makes me feel like I am talking to a trusted long time friend.
Valorie has helped me through a very rough patch in life. She is well-spoken and listens intently. She uses her expertise to help with my problems and I feel she truly cares. She has been a blessing in this tough time.
I have started with better help and I’m already able to tell a difference in my overall I’m glad I was able to be matched with someone that works for me from the start but that’s probably cause I narrowed down my options what I’m looking for on the questionnaire before I got started . the only thing I wish was different though is the limit of of 45 minutes max in one session versus one hour like I’m used to And other thing is you can’t schedule more than one session at a time so if you schedule a session and want to book another one so it doesn’t get booked for when you’re wanting it but I’ve been able to schedule twice in one week so that helps as well but that could change if more people were to get the one specific therapist I don’t know I guess I’ll see But 45 minutes once a week wouldn’t work for me if it came to that an hour is needed for one session to be able to fully benefit from a session
I like her still getting adjusted
Excellent!
Valorie is very respectful and she’s a really good listener. I can tell that she doesn’t just hear me but she listens to me. I also think her feedback is really helpful and the worksheets she has provided me with are helpful as well. Thank you!
