It is so wonderful to find a therapist like Dr. Anderson who I share a general love of comics, video games, TV, and movies with. It's definitely a nice way to end sessions talking about new things we've come across. During sessions, I always feel welcomed, heard, and understood. I am more than happy to recommend him or BetterHelp to a friend in need.

Dr. Anderson is an answered prayer! I have been contemplating therapy for so long and have always hit dead ends with insurance, scheduling, and fit. I finally decided I just need to find a therapist that met my personal needs without going through insurance, and I'm so glad I did. Dr. Anderson is supportive and a wealth of knowledge in a broad array of topics. He's become a household name in my home and provides me lessons that I not only personally practice but share with my family for us to grow. He is a wonderful human being, and I feel so fortunate to have him as my provider.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Dr. A has been amazingly supportive as I've been making and going through huge changes in my life, including giving sound advice for what would be best for me to approach these changes. I have been going through some grief with the loss of a father figure in my life and he has helped me combat and cope with the thoughts have come with it. With some big changes coming up, he has constantly made sure I am not only prepared, but making sure the decisions I am making are in my best interest. I highly recommend him as not only is he great counsel, but also someone that is great when you just need to talk out your thoughts.
