Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Dr Horton is pivotal in my mental health. Helping me threw day to day issues and past trauma. I’m happy to have her as my therapist
Dr Horton has helped me greatly. Sending me off in the right direction and feeling better after just once session.
She is a wealth of knowledge and experience, and able to provide amazing insight on my issues. She listens well and remembers items from previous sessions that she ties in to future insights. Can't say enough how helpful she has been in getting through my problems.
Dr. Horton’s professionalism and approach has made a significant impact in my life. Her expert therapy has been an enormous help as I navigated very difficult and sensitive family issues. I would strongly recommend Dr. Horton to anyone who needs support with coping, major life changes, childhood trauma, and addiction. She’s a careful listener and incredibly compassionate. Following each session she provides thoughtful suggestions to continue our work in my daily living and keeps in touch between meetings. Her effectiveness is transformational. I cannot recommend Dr. Horton enough!
Dr Horton is a wealth of knowledge and an incredibly helpful part to understanding my emotions. I appreciate her insight and good guidance. Thank you so much for all your help.
Dr. Horton helped me in just one session. I continue to improve every day with her help. She is a vital part of my mental health.
Such an amazing therapist. It's been a long time since I've done individual therapy and Dr. Horton is amazing. I love how she gives you honest feedback, without being overbearing. And especially as I'm working through a very rough patch in my life, she's been wonderful at providing guidance when needed, but also letting me come to realizations independently. More importantly, she's really responsive. I use the journaling feature often and share my entries with her. She will usually reply within 12 hours or less. And even when I've been abroad, I've been able to message with her when I was having a hard time and she replies in real time, which is so helpful to have someone talk you down out of an emotional state.
Dr. Horton has been my rock. She is so professional but also so friendly. She immediately puts you at ease and makes you feel so comfortable to just speak your truth. She's also amazing at letting you know when you're not being honest with yourself and bringing you back to a healthy mindset. I don't know where I would have been these last few months without her.
Dr. Horton has help me greatly in such a short amount of time. I’m happy to have her in my life
My therapist had been crucial to my growth.
She is one of the first people I have ever met that I truly feel like I can talk to and be open, Dr. Horton is a true professional, having a high-level of understanding while at the same time having a high-level of care/bedside manor. She makes me feel heard and helps elevate myself to the next level. I would recommend Dr. Horton to anyone who’s in need of help.
