Mina has been an incredible asset to my growth and mental health improvements! She is forward thinking and solution driven, yet still highly skilled at being an empathic listener and healing spirit. I am a marriage and family therapist licensed in New York, with experience working with people from all different backgrounds who are struggling with a wide variety of challenges. My therapy style is interactive and warm, with a focus on motivating my clients to build a healthier lifestyle. I believe that every person is an expert in their own life, my role is simply to ask questions that will help my clients recognize their own struggles and vulnerabilities, and develop personal motivations and goals in their life. Mina is such an incredible person. She makes me feel very safe and comfortable to share any of my concerns and struggles and approaches them in a very constructive way. I enjoy that she challenges me to figure out how I feel about things and helps me view things in different perspectives.
