Jane was a random selection by BH and Indidnt know what to expect and had a little bit of anxiety but sh’s been good for me. She’s an excellent listener who isn’t afraid to challenge me when I need it and has provided me some tools to be a little more introspective than I have been in the past. The tools don’t judge they just got me thinking about things from perspectives that I maybe wasn’t aware of or didn’t want to recognize. She’s helped my children through a tough issue that our family experienced and did it within hours of me asking. I’m very happy that I’ve started down this path.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

The best therapist ever! She has been guiding and supporting me for two years and I'm very thankful for her support!
Jane really listens to you, helps you delve into your past to uncover root issues, and provides timely responses.
Therapy with Jane has been life transforming for me. Jane's a great listener, a very precise communicator and has been very helpful . I am connecting with my inner wisdom, making significant progress in identifying the underlying issues that held me back and moving forward with an improved attitude and confidence.
She's great and really listens to me
She is amazing! She is very thorough. She listens, actively takes notes, she gives feedback consistently, and she truly is one of my voices of reason. I'm so thankful to have Jane in my life!
She is an amazing therapist and my mental health is better for her support.
I love the way Jane never tells me what to do or what not to do. She helps guide me to my thoughts and feelings. I have really appreciated the help with actionable items. Talking is very therapeutic however I have learnt some actions are important to move forward in some situations and she has helped me to be accountable in the most supportive non judgmental way. She’s smart, wise and also funny when the time is appropriate. I feel very lucky to have found Jane to help me through my journey.
She is amazing and truly understands her clients. I'm very thankful to have her as my therapist!
Jane is great and really takes the time to listen to lyou and know exactly what's going on.
I feel so fortunate to have been paired with Jane. We have a very similar way of thinking which I love. She has helped me tremendously over the last few months, always supporting, always listening but never telling. She is very skilled as analyzing situations and asking guiding questions to get you to these moments of clarity. She is so easy to talk to, never judgmental, always respectful and kind. She has made me feel proud for prioritizing myself and seeking out therapy rather than embarrassed or disappointed in myself.
She is amazing at what she does and I felt supported from my first session on!
Just started with Jane She listened to what I said I wanted to work on and what I needed and we have dived right in. The video sessions are not unlike being in the same room . The messaging and suggestions between sessions really make this different and I feel like I am able to do more work dealing with what I came here for.
She is great!
