Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Melissa is the most hands on and helpful therapist I’ve had yet. It’s nice to feel that someone really cares.
Melissa is great!! She’s very knowledgeable but it doesn’t feel like therapy with her. It feels like talking to an old friend that’s full of great advice! She not only makes you feel heard but she also makes you feel like someone else cares about you.
She has been nothing but supportive in getting me the help that I need. She's open minded about the struggles I've been going through. She's always punctual with the sessions. All and all a fantastic therapist. 10/10
She is an amazing therapist who always listens. She always goes above and beyond to find ways to help!
She's understanding, not narrow-minded at all. I didn't want a real religious therapist that would be narrow minded. She understands what I'm going through and is easy to talk to. She's got a good sense of humor. She doesn't talk down to me at all. Just feel real comfortable sharing everything with her
Melissa is a capable and kind person who understood me. She helped me set goals and then we tracked my progress to success. I especially liked how she was a great outside viewpoint who could see things clearer than I did and gave me the clarity I needed. Thank you so much to her.
Melissa is open, accepting, and friendly. She makes the room feel comfortable and makes it easy to be open and honest
Melissa is a great listener. Has a way to help me understand things that come difficult to me. She takes away the awkwardness and makes you feel like your talking to a friend. I’ve really learned so much and always look forward to her perspective to align with my goals.
So far this is a good experience. Taking the time to read through my provided worksheets and learning more of my behavior that I need to work on.
Melissa is supportive, gentle, kind and truthful. At this point in my journey, that’s all I can ask for. Looking forward to moving through and growing with her support. Thank you.
Melissa is a well rounded and proactive counselor. She is easy to talk to and understanding of my diverse family background. She has prayed with me, and helped me navigate through my current needs.
Melissa is extraordinary at listening and helping to sort/put things in perspective when life throws you a curveball.
