Having worked with Deborah for several months now, I can confidently say that I am in a MUCH better headspace than I was when we first began. If I did not feel that I was getting value and help, I would not have continued with therapy. It also needs to be said that BetterHelp also needs credit for matching me to Deborah in the first place!
