Shes absolutely AMAZING. I went through 3 therapists and almost gave up. and then I found her - the 30 minutes goes by extremely quick, but in a good way. She makes me think about things in different ways and is always very engaged rather than just asking questions. She will let you speak - unlike some therapists who just ask basic questions, and don't seem to want to personally know what you're going through. She specializes in so many things - and a lot of those things go hand in hand. I've only had one therapist in person that I actually remember liking; I am SO glad I found Ms. McMinn.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
