Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I keep coming back just for Gail!
Gail is great to work with. She is flexible with scheduling and last minute changes. She understands my primary concerns in life.
I've been in therapy for almost 8 yrs & gone through a handful of therapists & psychologists in that time. Gail is honestly the BEST person I've worked with, by far. We've been working together for not even 1 1/2 yrs, & it seems like she knows me better than any others had. She's just amazing!
Great to talk to. Is helpful and gets to heart of issues
I have only had a few sessions with Gail so far, but we have covered so much ground and such incredible insights for myself. I feel seen and acknowledged, I feel heard and understood, and finally starting to see where I can be with more work.
This is my first time using BetterHelp and going to therapy in a few years and I am surprised how well they matched me up to a therapist. Gail is extremely easy to talk to and she provides insight and outlooks on life that I have never heard before even though i’ve had several therapists. Already within a few weeks, I’ve feel like our sessions have benefited me and I use the techniques she’s taught me for my anxiety. I would highly recommend Gail and BetterHelp!
Gail is simply amazing! I've worked with her about 10 months & I love her!
(I think I've been asked to review a few times already so this may be duplicative, but...) Gail is a great therapist! She understands what a lot of the big-picture things I want to work on are, and helps me see things from another perspective. She's also an advocate for my mental health, overall well being, and happiness, and she's really helped me get to a better place in life overall. Gail is professional, and thoughtful / checks in with me periodically. I would highly recommend her as a therapist to anyone, particularly for someone going through difficult changes with a relationship - her guidance has been really amazing in this area, and I think helped me sort out a lot of things I needed to sort out. Thank you Gail!
Gail takes such a personal interest and provides proactive steps to working through your issues. She’s a sweetheart!
Gail is amazing. She listens and has great advice on how to change my point of view. Direct and to the point which I appreciate
Honestly so grateful I connected with Gail on this platform. She's an absolutely wonderful therapist and has helped me in a number of ways with some things I've been working through. Cannot recommend her enough, I've always felt like she balances support, perspective/insight, and honest assessment of a situation. I have a lot of confidence in her as a therapist, and I feel very supported.
She is direct and amazing at asking the right questions when I go off on tangents. I already trust her after only two sessions. I’ve done therapy my entire life and have confidence I will get somewhere with her
Gail is very sweet and easy to talk to, I loved meeting her today and I look forward to many more conversations in the future, I was matched better than I thought I would be, Thank you, Better Help.
