I have been seeing Kelly for some time now, and I can confidently say that she is an exceptional therapist. From the very first session, I felt a strong connection with her due to her friendly and relatable demeanor. She creates a no-judgment space where you feel completely safe to express yourself. What sets Kelly apart is her ability to balance being real and giving it to you straight while knowing exactly when to be extra sensitive. She understands when you need to hear the hard truth and when you need a gentle touch, which has been incredibly helpful for my personal growth. She asks thought-provoking questions that help you delve deep into your issues and uncover unknown aspects of yourself. Her real-life relatable stories make you feel validated and not crazy, reminding you that feelings are natural, and it’s how you deal with them that truly matters. In our sessions, Kelly has been very collaborative, giving me useful and helpful goals while also encouraging me to create my own. Her ability to listen well and understand me quickly has made our time together very productive. She has even recommended additional resources to support my journey, showing how much she truly cares about her clients. Overall, I highly recommend Kelly to anyone seeking a therapist who is compassionate, insightful, and genuinely invested in your well-being. Thank you, Kelly!

I feel so thankful to Kelly as she helped me a ton to work on my mental health. It’s been 3 months. With small little steps I am able to walk now again. Rather than being stuck. I know myself better. I know how to manage my stress. I learnt selfcare skills. I feel so happy about my growth and I know I have to keep working on selfcare to have healthy mental health. Thanks Kelly for making me feel myself and empowered again.

I just went through hurricane Ian when I sought ought better help to help deal with my anxiety during the after math. I couldn’t have been matched with a better therapist. Kelly has so much knowledge and experience helping people through previous hurricanes. She eased my anxiety by helping me creating goals and plans for myself to handle tough things that may come my way and helped me to see my future in a more positive light. We also connected over both of us moving from the same home state to moving to the same state we are both in now. So it’s really nice to have a therapist who understands the culture of where I grew up as well as culture of the state I live in now. I look forward to continuing to work with Kelly to progress towards a happier me.

I've been working with Kelly for a month now, and she has been the help I didn't know I needed. She has been helping me in areas related to productivity, ADHD, career and employment, and self-esteem. Prior to meeting with her, I was struggling incredibly to get anything done and applying for employment. She quickly identified the root of the issue and build a plan for me to make progress. I saw progress and the value of therapy with her from the very first session. She was very attentive and regularly followed up with me and provided me with all the resources I needed. Forward to 4 weeks now, and I have gotten more done in this month than I had alone in 6 months of being in the same position. I now better understand the ramifications of my ADHD as an adult and more importantly I'm learning to cope with it and have a plan in place that works. Overall, I feel a lot more control and adequacy in my ability to get things done even when times get difficult. I sincerely appreciate Kelly's attentiveness and kindness as a therapist, but most important, her effectiveness. Thank you, Kelly! I really appreciate all your help!

I hope she feels better in time for our next session. Get well soon, Kelly!
