Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

She's been very helpful, aiding me in navigating discoveries about myself.
I LOVE Sonja. She understands and addresses every concern I have and breaks things down in a way that I understand and can better cope. She’s hands down the best therapist I’ve had and I’ve been doing this for 8 years. Highly recommend! Thank you so much Sonja for everything you do !
Sonja is a very caring person that has given me tools to continue to heal and push myself past my own negative mental state. I’m happy to say she is my therapist.
Sonja has given me faith in remote therapy. It does not matter how far away you are from a person. Whats important is that they listen and Sonja is masterful at that.
I was shocked by how quickly I was able to open up to Sonja. Within two sessions, I've covered more psychological ground than I did with a year of therapy from my previous therapist. My only regret is that I didn't use this service sooner.
So far I’m enjoying my experience with Sonja. She is intelligent and compassionate. She is helping realize things I haven’t thought of before.
