Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Ruby is the absolute best!! She has made my experience with therapy so great and has helped me tremendously in such a small amount of time!! Can’t wait to see where this journey goes and to continue to overcome obstacles in my life!!

Reviewed June 2022

Ruby is incredibly attentive, open, and understanding. I always receive messages from her each day with reminders &/or motivators at the beginning and end of the day. I feel heard and feel like I'm being offered doable HW that is helping improve in the areas that I want or need to work on. In the short time I've been seeing Ruby so far, I've already seen more progress than attempting to do the work solo or with previous programs and therapists I have been with. She's uplifting, down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and fun!
