Paul is amazing! I tried 2 others on BetterHelp but they didn’t work out due to my weird and erratic work schedule. Paul assured me that it wouldn’t be an issue and he kept his word. This 3rd time around has been the one to keep me on the app and on the therapy ball. Thank you Paul!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Paul had helped me a great deal. I am proud of the progress he has helped me make and grateful for the assistance

Paul was the 4th therapist I had tried in the past year and I am happy to say I don’t have to look any further. He listens and then makes sure he understands correctly. Then asks some questions that make me reflect and then gives me a tool to untangle certain things. My favorite is the homework assignments and that I can talk to him at ANY TIME and he responds pretty quickly. I am grateful to have worked with Paul.

Reviewed September 2022

Paul is very knowledgeable and such a good listener. He makes me feel so comfortable and I was very nervous about having a male therapist. I was going to cancel my membership because I didn’t find a good fit but since I talk to him I am going to definitely continue to subscribe.

Paul is thoughtful and attentive. He offers tools and suggestions that are immediately useful in navigating the situations we discuss. He also offers homework to challenge you to take action on your learning. It is a pleasure to work with him.
