I’ve only been with Sarah for a couple sessions so far, but she is awesome! She makes my needs feel like a priority and is so great at giving me different options and strategies I can implement immediately to start making a change! She’s also very knowledgeable and super informative which really helps me understand how or why I might be feeling the way I do! I can’t recommend Sarah enough!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

I feel like I have made a lot of progress in a short time. Sarah knows what questions to ask and really makes me think hard and do a lot of self reflecting. She’s not afraid to ask the hard questions.
One word: Phenomenal!!! She is absolutely phenomenal. She explaining things and has me realizing things I never have before. It’s like I’m looking at my situation from someone else’s perspective. I have recommended her to many of my friends and colleagues.
Very good
Sarah has been incredibly helpful in giving me the tools to help manage my feelings of anxiety, understand the feelings I’ve been unable to put a name to, and overall manage my thoughts towards things that are out of my control. She is encouraging and a calming presence, and I look forward to our weekly calls.
