I am the kind of person who try's to help everyone at my own detriment. Tiffany is very goal and results oriented which is great for me as i tend to be lazy somewhat. She digs in and will help push you in the right direction as well as understanding the whole picture before focusing on a specific issue. The issue i thought i had was just a symptom not the main issue and Tiffany was very good and accurate at isolating the root issue and helping me to work through that. She is also very uplifting and positive, even if we have a hard session and set up a work plan for moving forward that will be a lot of work it is still a positive experience and i come away more motivated that when i started. Allin all my life is multiple times better since working with Tiffany and i would recommend her highly to anyone who is willing to put in the work.
I have been talking to Tiffany for a while now. She is great. We have a targeted idea of conversation every week and if by chance we have extra time we have a general chat. The general chat allows me to build a higher level of comfort because, I like a lot people who seek talk therapy still are not comfortable talking about ourselves. Tiffany goes above and beyond on developing that comfort level while still challenging my ideas and thought processes.

She also never tried to put me in a box she is allowing me to utilize therapy in a way that I feel in control and yet she is steering me gently when necessary. I used the chat feature with Ms. Tiffany and it was very helpful. I have a busy schedule, and have the ability to be counseled through text. While we didn’t speak audibly, the chat feature allows you to see what the therapist is texting while they type. So there was no delay in responses. She’s given me worksheets that help me personally and she’s given me homework to help me communicate better with my spouse. In just 3 weeks I’ve felt happier, and able to take on life’s challenges. Not that my circumstances have changed, but simply my perspective. I am working on how I respond to people, especially when I become aware of my triggers. This is all thanks to Ms. Tiffany.

I started therapy with quite minor subjects I wanted to work through. Tiffany has been quite a great therapist as she listen, questioned and gave me homework to do. Once those issues had been worked, we explored previous traumas and situations that had been around for quite a long time. I can not recommend enough her help and experience.
Did not know exactly what to expect coming into a therapy situation. I am 2 sessions in at this point and am extremely pleased. We are tackling issues head on. Tiffany is very knowledgeable in my areas of concern, sleep, self-confidence, work, and co-parenting. She challenges my thought processes and reasoning. I feel as if I could go on for much longer than 45 minutes per session. With Tiffany I feel completely comfortable and at ease discussing some uncomfortable topics. Today spirituality was brought into conversation, which was one the boxes I had checked off. This made me happy. I could not be happier this early in the process. I would highly recommend Tiffany at this point.
