Anna is so open minded and loves to let me lead the session even when I first started and was quite reserved, she helped me come out of my shell

People often looks for therapy because they noticed they need to change something. Embracing change can be difficult and allowing yourself to be vulnerable with a stranger is often a new experience and can be daunting.

But you have already taken an important first step in deciding to find a right person for you. I am more than happy to arrange a consultation with me so you can find out more about how I work and ask me questions.

This is the beginning of a journey, and if you choose to work with me, I will be fully committed to supporting you every step of the way.

I am a fully qualified, prize-winning therapist. My therapeutic approach is warm, empathic, non-judgemental, and respectful. I am a registered member of BACP and IACP and follow their codes of ethics.

I use an integrative approach, drawing from the psychodynamic and existential theories, to provide a confidential and safe space for you to explore your emotions and life experiences, and start to understand your feelings and perhaps why you may be feeling lost or confused and ultimately seeking therapy.

I can conduct sessions in English or Polish, and work with all ethnicities and gender groups.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
